All appointments are by booking only. Walk-ins are not accepted as this is a private studio with one client at a time.
To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Bookings can be made via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or the online booking system. Response times are within 24 hours on business days.
48+ hours notice: Full deposit refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit is forfeited. This policy exists because last-minute cancellations cannot be filled.
No-shows: Deposit is forfeited and future bookings may require full payment in advance.
Rescheduling is welcome with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
Please arrive on time. If you are running late, contact me as soon as possible.
Appointments that start late may need to be shortened or modified to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. Significant delays may result in rescheduling.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, particularly with contagious conditions. Rescheduling in this case will not incur a cancellation fee.
If you have any nail or skin conditions (infections, warts, severe damage), please inform me before your appointment so appropriate care can be determined.

This is an adults-only studio. Children cannot be accommodated during appointments due to the nature of the work environment and the need for a calm, focused space.
